In recent years, the use of the excellent physical and chemical properties of new graphene materials and functional modification to improve the shielding performance of organic coatings against corrosive media has become an important development direction of anti-corrosion technology at home and abroad. In this Wuyuan Bridge anti-corrosion renovation project, the technical team of Badou New Materials went deep into the construction line many times, and jointly with the construction unit conquered the marine environment matching design of graphene anti-corrosion coating, and wet surface coating under low surface treatment conditions. The successful implementation of the project has important reference significance for the upgrading of regional bridge and tunnel corrosion protection technology.
The first demonstration application of strategic emerging materials
In view of the excellent corrosion protection performance of graphene-modified anti-corrosion coatings, it has been selected into the "Catalogue of Technologies and Products Encouraged for Promotion and Application in the Building Materials Industry" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as an important starting point for promoting the upgrading of anti-corrosion coatings in my country, reducing costs and increasing efficiency. The graphene-modified anti-corrosion coating used in this project has been highly valued by provincial and municipal leaders at all stages of project establishment, development, transformation and implementation. In the region, graphene-based anti-corrosion materials have officially entered the stage of large-scale application.
New material application insurance escort
As the first graphene-modified anti-corrosion coating engineering application project in the region, the material development unit Badou New Materials actively responded to the relevant guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and earnestly implemented the first batch of application insurance for key new materials. After the preliminary review by the provincial competent department of industry and information technology and the comprehensive review by the Raw Materials Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the graphene-modified anti-corrosion coating used in this project was successfully selected as the first batch of national key new materials application insurance pilot projects (the first in Fujian Province), It provides a solid guarantee for the high-quality implementation of the project and the practical promotion of the transformation and typical applications of graphene-modified anti-corrosion coatings innovations.
